Yirgacheffe coffee is a famous, high quality single origin coffee from the Yirgacheffe region in southern Ethiopia within the Gedeo Zone, situated in the Rift Valley. Considered the birth place of coffee, known for its high altitude 1800-2000 meters, natural processed, delicate, floral and tea-like, with shimmery citrus notes and a clean light note. Specialty coffee from Ethiopia craftily roasted in small batches.
